KSA 2: Structure of Alberta Education
The structure of the Alberta education system. They know the different roles in the system, and how responsibilities and accountabilities are determined, communicated and enforced, including the expectations held of them under the Certification of Teachers Regulation, and their school authority’s teacher’s evaluation policy.
Through my professional semesters (I, II, and III) I have learned a great deal about the Alberta Education system. I learned about my roles, as well as the roles of the administration, school division, Alberta Education, as well as the Alberta Teacher's Association.
